Your Personal Information. OREA collects the information you provide through this document or otherwise in connection with the Event to administer your sponsorship application, this Agreement, any resulting sponsorships, and the Event. By providing the information you consent to this collection and use. OREA will employ suitable safeguards to hold this information in confidence. OREA may disclose this information to OREA contractors for purposes of sponsorship and Event management and administration, provided they have agreed to hold it confidential and to only use it on OREA's behalf for the above purposes. Payment terms: The sponsorship fee must be paid to OREA in full before this Sponsor & Exhibitor Application will be considered complete. Sponsorship cannot be held or reserved without OREA’s receipt of payment in full. OREA's acceptance of payment of the sponsorship fee paid by Applicant shall not mean OREA has granted sponsorship to the Applicant. Sponsorship shall be granted only upon OREA delivering written confirmation to the Applicant in writing, at which time the Applicant shall be considered an Event "Sponsor". Sponsorship Fees are non-refundable once OREA delivers written notice of acceptance to the Applicant. Acceptance: OREA reserves the right to accept or reject the Sponsor & Exhibitor Application in its sole discretion. Sponsorships are subject to limited availability. If OREA accepts this Sponsor & Exhibitor Application, you’ll receive an email confirmation to confirm your application and the terms and conditions of this Agreement will be binding as of the date of the application listed below. If OREA does not accept this Sponsor & Exhibitor Application, it will return the sponsorship fee paid by Applicant, if received by OREA, to the Applicant and the Applicant shall not be granted Sponsorship under this Sponsor & Exhibitor Application.
Applicant acknowledges that it understands and hereby agrees to the Agreement, including the Terms and Conditions. Applicant acknowledges the Agreement will be legally binding on Applicant and OREA only if OREA delivers express written notice of acceptance to Applicant. The undersigned represents that they are authorized to execute this Agreement for Applicant.
